Brief description of works carried out:-
The following works were completed on an extremely enclosed and congested site.
– Intrusive site investigation prior to work commencing to determine concrete quality and existing reinforcing details
– Demolition of existing foundations, ground beams and slabs to allow for new substation
– Installation of foundations, ground beams and ground floor slab
– Waterproof floor slab to large areas
– Installation of drainage and ducting
– Installation of gas, water and power services
– Full construction of the UKPN substation including all concrete works, brickwork, doors and louvres. Blast proofing as required to suit the UKPN specification
– Full building works package including brickwork, screeding and concrete repairs
