Brief description of works carried out:-
The following works were completed to produce a new Rugby club, car park and associated facilities
– Site Clearance and setting up of site accommodation, haul roads etc.
– Installation of foundations, ground beams and ground floor slab
– Waterproof floor slab to large areas
– Installation of drainage and ducting
– Installation of gas, water and power services
– Groundworks associated with a ground source heating installation which will be used as a research and development facility for this technology
