{"id":125,"date":"2019-08-01T13:13:01","date_gmt":"2019-08-01T13:13:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/plscivilengineering.com\/?p=125"},"modified":"2022-04-27T08:21:12","modified_gmt":"2022-04-27T08:21:12","slug":"cambridge-heath-road","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/plscivilengineering.com\/index.php\/2019\/08\/01\/cambridge-heath-road\/","title":{"rendered":"Cambridge Heath Road"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Brief description of works carried out:- <br>The following works were completed on an extremely enclosed and congested site.<br>&#8211; Intrusive site investigation prior to work commencing to determine concrete quality and existing reinforcing details<br>&#8211; Demolition of existing foundations, ground beams and slabs to allow for new substation<br>&#8211; Installation of foundations, ground beams and ground floor slab <br>&#8211; Waterproof floor slab to large areas<br>&#8211; Installation of drainage and ducting<br>&#8211; Installation of gas, water and power services<br>&#8211; Full construction of the UKPN substation including all concrete works, brickwork, doors and louvres. Blast proofing  as required to suit the UKPN specification<br>&#8211; Full building works package including brickwork, screeding and concrete repairs<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery
