Clearance and setting up of site accommodation, haul roads etc.<br>&#8211; Installation of foundations, ground beams and ground floor slab <br>&#8211; Waterproof floor slab to large areas<br>&#8211; Installation of drainage and ducting<br>&#8211; Installation of gas, water and power services<br>&#8211; Groundworks associated with a ground source heating installation which will be used as a
